Sheldon has evolved his treatments into a unique combination of deep tissue massage, soft tissue manipulation and stretching, designed to correct any postural changes that may have resulted from injuries or everyday life.

He has been in private practice since 1996 and has successfully treated thousands of patients for all types of injuries - from all age groups. His clinic is based in Southampton. Sheldon also travels locally (New Forest and surrounding areas) to treat patients and also nationally to provide his skills for horses.

Sheldon’s remedial bodywork consists of a combination of sports and remedial massage therapies, soft tissue manipulation and advanced stretching techniques to identify and treat muscle and joint injuries in all ages.
