How would this help me or my team?
Sheldon began specific training whilst involved in American Football. He worked on various aspects of the game, including planning training & rehabilitation programmes for major injuries specific to American Football, together with biomechanically analysing the opposition during games to help expose their players’ weaknesses - i.e. exploiting the limitations of the opposing team by watching players with muscle injuries or restricted ranges of motion and then getting his players to play on their weaker side. Sheldon also helped organise specific training regimes to help all the various positions on the team to optimise their own playing abilities.
Since then Sheldon has worked with rugby squads, K2 canoeing teams, with tennis and squash players, football and ice-hockey teams, elite athletes, equestrian riders and professional ballroom dancers - as well as many other sports people. All have found great benefit from this type of isolated training and all agree that it has given them the ability significantly to develop their own skill levels which, in turn, improves their overall performances, whether in team sports or individually. |
