It was whilst coaching American Football that he became aware of the advantages of studying the biomechanics of each player, utilising their strong points and developing specific training for each position on the team and then watching the impact it had on the playing-field.
Sheldon has since worked with many elite athletes from many sports, including Athletics, Tennis, Football, Ice Hockey, Rugby, Equestrianism, K2 canoeing and Ballroom Dancing and has successfully developed many unique training regimes especially suited to them.
He is currently working with Professional Ballroom Dancers James Prouton and Kelly Le Masurier to develop new dancing exercise and fitness plans for their specific range of motion and strength needs. |
